Job summary

Accorhotel Medina is seeking a dedicated Kids Club Supervisor to supervise and care for children in a safe, engaging environment while upholding luxury service standards. You will create and lead age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and games, ensuring guests have memorable family experiences.

The role requires fluent English, a well-mannered demeanor, and the ability to coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (Kindergarten).
• Fluent in English.
• Well-mannered and skilled in dealing with children.
• Good appearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club in a safe, clean and engaging environment.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational, educational and creative activities (arts and crafts, games, storytelling).
• Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene and wellbeing at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally and warmly with parents.
• Monitor and manage attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization and safety of the Kids Club area and equipment/tools.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies or special needs.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments (F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure a seamless guest experience for families.
