Job summary

Accorhotel Medina is seeking a dedicated Kids Club Supervisor to supervise and care for children in a safe, engaging environment while upholding luxury service standards. You will create and lead age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and games, ensuring guests have memorable family experiences.

The role requires fluent English, a well-mannered demeanor, and the ability to coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (Kindergarten).
Fluent in English.
Well-mannered and skilled in dealing with children.
Good appearance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club in a safe, clean and engaging environment.
Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational, educational and creative activities (arts and crafts, games, storytelling).
Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene and wellbeing at all times.
Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally and warmly with parents.
Monitor and manage attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain accurate records.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization and safety of the Kids Club area and equipment/tools.
Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies or special needs.
Coordinate with other hotel departments (F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure a seamless guest experience for families.
