Job summary

GE HealthCare in Saudi Arabia seeks a candidate for the Tamheer program as a Key Account Specialist. You will support sales for assigned accounts, help manage key accounts, and build knowledge of GE HealthCare products to meet customer needs.

You will collaborate with the senior commercial team to execute strategies, analyze business drivers, and ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction, while documenting activities and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in sales or account management preferably in healthcare or imaging solutions.
• Saudi national.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Not registered in GOSI in the past 6 months.
• Eligibility for Tamheer program.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities for assigned accounts; addition of new customers is rare and subject to review.
• Assist in managing key accounts within the business group/P&L.
• Develop working knowledge of GE Healthcare products, solutions, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the senior commercial team to execute strategies and achieve targets.
• Understand key business drivers and contribute to team objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from understanding customer unmet needs, to project execution oversight
• Provide accurate documentation, reporting, and updates on account activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders; explain technical and commercial information clearly.
