Job summary

HDR in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Traffic Engineer to contribute to complex highway projects, data-driven analyses, and collaborative design efforts that advance safe, efficient transport networks.

The role involves preparing traffic signal plans, traffic impact reports, and PS&E documents, performing research tasks, and supporting the realization of projects within our employee-owned culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE (Professional Engineer) certification.
• Experience with Highway Capacity Software, Synchro/SimTraffic, and CORSIM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to an employee-owned culture.
