You will start with defect resolution and small features, then progress toward owning defined modules while learning the business domain of tenants, companies, and financial workflows.

The role emphasizes aptitude and rapid learning over prior technology expertise, with code reviews and supervision.

Qualifications

• Progression from supervised defect resolution to owning a module within 12 months.
• Candidates are assessed on aptitude and rate of learning, not only current knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Resolve defects under supervision with code review.
• Build UI screens using Vue.js (lists, filters, data entry).
• Write server API endpoints for retrieving/saving data per codebase patterns.
• Write and test database queries; assist with migrations.
• Maintain interface translations English/Arabic/Hindi including RTL corrections.
• Test work before review; verify mobile responsiveness.
• Record notes and contribute to team documentation.
• Learn domain: tenants, companies, chart of accounts, journals, fiscal periods, approvals.
• Escalate blockers after attempting independent resolution.
• Aim to own a defined module within 12 months, subject to progress.
