Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Al Khobar is looking for an IT Supervisor to install new systems, boost security, and set exceptional standards across the hotel tech stack. You’ll ensure LAN and POS operate smoothly and report to the GM and senior leaders.

You’ll lead knowledge sharing, train hotel teams, maintain hardware/software performance, and protect our IT infrastructure from cyber threats while delivering reliable support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field.
• 4 years of related experience with computer setup and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and databases.
• PCI DSS knowledge; strong communication and teamwork.
• Able to work under pressure and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for servicing computer hardware; ensure proper installation and regular reporting to GM, Director and Area IT Leader.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of approved systems from LAN to POS.
• Maintain hardware/software performance and security standards; evaluate vendor proposals.
• Deliver knowledge sharing and training sessions to hotel teams.
• Safeguard IT infrastructure against cyber threats.
