The Sales Associate role supports the sales team in identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in closing deals for IT solutions and services, with focus on learning the sales process and building product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience.
• Strong communication and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Microsoft Fundamentals certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new opportunities and lead generation.
• Support in updating CRM records and tracking opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and sales calls with clients.
• Note key requirements from client conversations for follow-up by senior staff.
• Help prepare proposals and quotes with input from the team.
• Coordinate with marketing, technical, and sales teams during the sales cycle.
