Responsibilities

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel to meet account objectives and customer expectations
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Leads solution development efforts that address customer needs, coordinating all necessary company personnel
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
• Build long-term relationships to retain existing customers and drive profitable sales growth
