Job summary

Secure Tech, a Riyadh-based system integration company, seeks an accomplished Programme Manager to lead the IT roadmap delivery across SAP/ERP initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and govern complex work packages with vendors and partners, ensuring alignment to business objectives and value realization.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP/ERP delivery, including at least one S/4HANA implementation or conversion, and PMP/PRINCE2 along with SAP Activate and SAFe certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
• 10+ years in SAP / ERP delivery, including at least one full S/4HANA implementation or conversion and management of system integrators.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• SAP Activate Project Manager; SAFe or other agile certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated programme plan across all work packages.
• Plan and coordinate system assessments, conversions, and implementations with vendors and partners.
• Coordinate infrastructure and warehouse solution decisions and align implementation timelines with core system releases.
• Run stage gates for every initiative, including business case approval, design sign-off, UAT exit, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain the programme RAID log and elevate critical risks.
• Prepare steering committee packs and monthly executive status reports.
• Allocate core team resources and partner capacity across initiatives.
• Secure business key-user availability for requirements gathering and UAT.
• Manage integrator and partner performance against SOWs.
• Track budgets, commitments, actuals, and forecasts for each initiative, including CAPEX/OPEX allocation.
• Track benefits realised against each approved business case after go-live.
• Plan training, communication, and change management activities for each release.
• Lead cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities for major releases.

• Leads the delivery of the IT roadmap as an integrated programme, planning and controlling work packages, ensuring scope, timelines, costs, and quality remain on track, and aligning initiatives with their approved business objectives and expected value.

Must Have
