Job summary

Secure Tech in Riyadh is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to lead data-driven improvements using process mining and SAP Signavio, with a focus on P2P and O2C within an ERP environment.

You will model as-is and to-be processes, define KPIs, and drive fit-to-standard implementations in S/4HANA, updating SOPs and guiding owners across procurement, accounts payable, and order-to-cash cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of process analysis in an ERP environment, ideally SAP procure-to-pay or order-to-cash.
• SAP Signavio certification; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP Signavio Process Insights on ECC, and later S/4HANA.
• Analyse P2P, O2C, AP, GR/GI and inventory flows and quantify the value of each finding.
• Lead the six findings projects: Procure-to-pay, AP & GR/IR, Order-to-bill, Receivables & DSO, GR/GI timeliness, Inventory health.
• Define process KPIs and automation targets with process owners.
• Bring process evidence into S/4HANA fit-to-standard and Near-Zero Posting Time.
• Model as-is and to-be processes in BPMN 2.0 with process owners.
• Update SOPs after each process change.
