Responsibilities

Coordinate daily with stakeholders and follow up on project requirements and logistics.
Maintain the integrated project plan, risk registers, and action trackers.
Monitor pending actions and escalate delays to the Project Manager.
Prepare inputs for weekly status reports and steering committee presentations.
Organize workshops and meetings, prepare minutes, and circulate actions on time.
Manage project documentation, version control, and deliverable trackers.
Support resource planning, team schedules, onboarding, and project tools.
