We are looking for an IT project coordinator who is a qualified individual who provides a variety of technical assistance to managers and other staff members.

Major responsibilities will be to develop, manage, update and oversee plans for technical projects and schedules by using programs established by the company, keep an eye on progress to make sure that deadlines are met, and be responsible for monitoring and managing communication for technical project processes between the technical and business functions of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Providing information and regular support to managers.
• Being the point of contact for various working groups.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of project scope.
• Ensuring resources and equipment are always available.
