Job summary

Six Flags Qiddiya City is seeking an Assistant Manager – IT Operations to oversee daily IT operations, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency of all park technology platforms.

You will manage IT staff, coordinate support, and handle hardware, software, and POS issues across a 24/7 operation, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, while aligning with IT leadership and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Operations.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or large-scale operations preferred.
• Experience supporting operational IT environments including shift work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure systems meet operational and business requirements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop IT Operations team members.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, minimize downtime.
