Six Flags Qiddiya City is seeking an Assistant Manager – IT Operations to oversee daily IT operations, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency across critical technology platforms supporting park operations.

The role manages IT staff, coordinates technical support, and resolves hardware, software, and system issues to minimize downtime in a fast-paced environment, including shift-based nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure systems, networks, and applications meet operational requirements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop IT Operations team members for high performance and accountability.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime across IT infrastructure.
• Support 24/7 operations including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Implement and monitor IT security measures (firewalls, encryption, backups).
• Coordinate hardware/software installations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures; prepare reports for senior management.
