Job summary

Six Flags Qiddiya City is seeking an Assistant Manager – IT Operations to oversee daily IT operations, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency across park platforms. You will manage IT staff, coordinate support, and resolve hardware/software issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires supervising 24/7 operations including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on IT security, upgrades, and POS systems for guest and retail operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of IT Operations experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or large-scale environments preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, system admin).
• Experience supporting POS systems and IT security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure systems meet operational and business needs.
• Mentor and develop IT Operations staff for high performance and accountability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Support shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Implement IT security measures: firewalls, encryption, backups.
