Job summary

Six Flags Qiddiya City seeks an Assistant Manager - IT Operations to supervise daily IT operations, ensure uptime, and support park operations across shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of IT Operations experience.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or large-scale operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure systems, networks, and applications meet operational and business requirements.
• Lead IT Operations team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime across IT infrastructure.
• Support shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Implement and manage IT security measures, including firewalls and backups.
• Support and maintain POS systems critical to park, retail, and hospitality operations.
• Manage IT service desk operations and incident resolution.
• Utilize ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) to track incidents, changes, and performance.
• Coordinate hardware/software installations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT services.
• Develop and enforce IT policies aligned with compliance requirements.
