Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizes installation of computer and telephone equipment.
• Handles remote incidents and controls equipment conformity.
• Ensures timely processing of requests and incidents.

Skills

Handling incidents in Windows and Chromebook

Dealing with Office suite and Google requests

Identifying network bottlenecks

Managing business and functional applications

Education
