Job summary

Thales Group in Riyadh is seeking a DP Engineer to support, maintain, and secure the card personalization facility's IT infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, manage servers, networks, backups, and production systems while meeting PCI card production security standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, AD, networks, firewalls, and virtualization. English/Arabic communication is essential, with integrity and teamwork valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or equivalent.
• Certifications preferred: CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+.
• Knowledge of PCI CP or ISO 27001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT infrastructure support for servers and network devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backups.
• Manage network infrastructure, switches, firewalls, VLANs with proper segmentation.
• Apply security patches within SLAs and maintain system hardening standards.
• Run vulnerability scans and coordinate remediation.
• Support audits (PCI, ISO) with evidence and closure of findings.
