Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience or relevant qualifications in IT support, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL would be advantageous.
• Have a good competence level of Microsoft OS and office suite applications.
• Strong logical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills across maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate any product or data processing issues at daily production briefings.
• First line incident support for personalization and infrastructure issues.
• Process customer test cycles (SAT/UAT) submissions ensuring SLAs are met.
• Change request notification administration.
• Provide technical support and advice to other operational departments and teams.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical equipment faults.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks per schedules.
• Record maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment condition.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to resolve technical issues.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
