Thales is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support specialist to maintain and secure the card personalization facility servers, network, data center, and production systems in Riyadh. You will ensure high availability, apply security patches, and support PCI/Card Production security requirements.

Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd level support for Windows and Linux servers, AD, networking, firewalls, virtualization, storage, backups, and audits.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Experience in a PCI banking or secure manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, networks, and security controls.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-level support for servers and network devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage virtualization platforms, storage, and backups.
• Maintain network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Support PCI / ISO security compliance and audits.

Support maintain and secure the IT infrastructure of the card personalization facility servers network data center workstations and production systems ensuring high availability and full compliance with PCI Card Production security requirements and Payment Scheme rules

ROLES amp RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first- and second-level support for servers
• network devices

• maintaining segmentation between the card production network and the corporate network
• Apply security patches and updates within the defined SLAs and maintain system hardening standards
• Run vulnerability scans review findings and follow up on mitigation according to the remediation SLA
• Manage user accounts and access rights
• Active Directory
• Monitor systems logs and alerts and elevate and document security incidents immediately
• Maintain backups and test restore procedures regularly
• Maintain asset inventory network diagrams and configuration documentation
• Support data center operations environmental monitoring cabling and access logs
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware warranty and support
• Support internal and external audits PCI Payment Schemes ISO by providing evidence and closing findings

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
• Experience in a PCI banking or secure manufacturing environment is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server Active Directory Linux networking TCP IP VLAN routing and firewalls

QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATION amp EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Networking or equivalent
• Certifications preferred CCNA MCSA MCSE CompTIA Security

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of PCI CP or ISO 27001 requirements
• Familiarity with virtualization
• VMware Hyper-V
• backup solutions and monitoring tools
• Vulnerability management and patching experience
• Strong troubleshooting documentation and attention to detail
• Good English and Arabic communication skills
• Integrity security awareness and teamwork
