Job summary

Salrashed is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead in Riyadh to oversee networks, servers, and security. You will drive upgrades, coordinate with providers, and ensure stable, secure IT operations across the organization.

The role targets candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication skills. Certifications such as CCNA, Azure, PMP/PRINCE2/CAPM are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience with networks, servers, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and backups.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Azure, PMP/PRINCE2/CAPM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
• Supervise networks, servers, and IT systems.
• Implement and monitor infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support information security and backup operations.
• Improve system stability and minimize downtime.
