Amor Management Consultants in Riyadh is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Team Lead to oversee cloud and on‑premises infrastructure, networks, servers, security and IT support operations.

You will lead the IT Infrastructure and Support team, manage vendors, ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and system hardening while supporting enterprise applications such as ERP systems. A strong background in Azure, AD, SQL and cybersecurity is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in IT Infrastructure / Systems Administration / Network Engineering.
• 3+ years in a Team Lead or supervisory role.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune and Entra ID.
• Manage servers, storage, AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange and IIS.
• Administer firewalls, VPN, VLAN, switches and enterprise networks.
• Support business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics and eFront.
• Manage Microsoft SQL Server and infrastructure performance.
• Handle IT security, patch management and system hardening.
• Plan and manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities.
• Lead and support the IT Infrastructure and Support team.
• Manage IT vendors, ISP relationships, licensing and infrastructure procurement.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, network diagrams and asset records.
