Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, and networks across on-premises and cloud environments. You will monitor performance, implement automation, and ensure high availability and security.

The role requires 0-2 years in IT infrastructure, a Bachelor's in IT/CS, and strong knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V, AD, networking, storage, and DR. Arabic language is preferred, with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years IT Infrastructure or related field experience.
• Proficient in managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, firewalls, VPN, load balancers.
• Storage, backup, and disaster recovery experience.
• Experience with monitoring tools and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).
• Strong problem-solving, high availability, and security focus.
• Effective communicator and team player in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, virtualization, and network environments (on-premises and cloud).

• Work with applications, DBA, and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.

Requirements

Experience

IT Infrastructure: 0 - 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or related field.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
