Job summary

Maximus KSA | ماكسيموس السعودية is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. You will manage and support our enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of critical systems.

The role requires strong technical proficiency with Active Directory, VMware, Azure AD, Windows Server, network security, and data center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to join our growing team and play a critical role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our enterprise IT environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our infrastructure landscape across on-premises and cloud environments, while helping drive technology improvements, security compliance, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Domain Management.
• Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration.
• Azure AD and cloud-based services.
• VMware virtualization technologies.
• Firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC technologies, and network security.
• Data center operations and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Storage, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.
• IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN, and connectivity services.
• Information security controls and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience
