Job summary

Maximus KSA | ماكسيموس السعودية is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to lead and manage our enterprise IT landscape, including LAN/WAN, cloud, on-prem, and core hosting services. You will oversee servers, virtualization, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, Wi-Fi, and disaster recovery while ensuring security and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure and networking within enterprise environments, with fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• MCSE or VMware certifications considered.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Job description

As our IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst, you will:

• Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Support and maintain core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity.
• Manage infrastructure operations, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi‑Fi, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure infrastructure platforms remain secure, supported, and up to date through regular maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain architecture documentation, asset inventories, configurations, and technical records.
• Identify infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support IT projects and initiatives by providing technical expertise and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure and technology solutions align with ISO 27001 standards and organizational security requirements.
• Produce regular reports and maintain accurate infrastructure and network architecture diagrams.

• Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration.

• Firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC technologies, and network security.
• Data center operations and enterprise infrastructure environments.

• Information security controls and best practices.
