Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Professional to support enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, virtualization, storage, backup, endpoint management, and IT service management operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Relevant degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, Aria, VxRail, and PowerCLI.
• Knowledge of Dell EMC OneFS Storage, ObjectScale, PowerProtect DD, and PowerProtect Data Manager.
• Experience with SolarWinds and enterprise infrastructure monitoring.
• RHEL administration experience.
• Knowledge of Commvault and enterprise backup environments.
• Experience with SOLIDserver EfficientIP.
• Knowledge of Ivanti MobileIron MDM, Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, and Ivanti Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with Workspace ONE and Horizon.
• Knowledge of OCI is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Strong patching and vulnerability remediation capabilities.
