Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support and maintain our network, server, and cloud infrastructure across headquarters, branches, factories, and warehouses in Oman. The role focuses on secure, reliable connectivity while supporting on‑premises systems and Microsoft Azure.

You will configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, monitor LAN/WAN, maintain connectivity between sites and data centers, and support Windows Server/AD, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration or technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing and switching.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V and Azure.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs and Internet connectivity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and performance.
• Maintain secure connectivity between sites, data centers and Azure.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualization platforms.
• Assist with Azure networking, VNets, VPN Gateway and hybrid infrastructure.
• Support network security, MFA, access controls and monitoring.
• Perform backups, patching, maintenance and disaster recovery testing.
• Maintain network diagrams and infrastructure records.
