You ll help keep the turf and landscaping lush and healthy in a high‑end resort setting where the course s appearance is always on display. What You ll Be Responsible For

As part of the grounds team, you ll be hands‑on with irrigation systems across the property.

Irrigation Management

Operate, monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure consistent efficient watering across the course.

Plant & Turf Care

Monitor plant health, apply appropriate treatments and support pest management efforts.

Landscape Maintenance

Carry out routine landscaping tasks using standard maintenance tools and equipment.

What We Expect

This role requires someone who is detail‑oriented, dependable and passionate about maintaining healthy landscapes in a premium golf course environment. You ll play an important role in ensuring irrigation systems operate efficiently while preserving the quality and appearance of the course.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training in horticulture, landscape management or a related field is preferred.

Experience

At least 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture, preferably within a golf course or luxury resort environment.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of irrigation systems, plant care, landscaping techniques and pest management with the ability to operate standard maintenance equipment safely.

Problem Solving

Able to identify irrigation issues, plant health concerns and maintenance requirements before they become larger problems.

Work Environment

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
