Solve Employment is recruiting an Equipment Operator for a premier golf course client in Saudi Arabia. The job keep the machinery that shapes the course s turf running in championship condition This is more than running machines it's about precision care and consistency on every pass.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Operate a variety of golf course machinery, including mowers and turf equipment, to maintain playing surfaces to a high standard
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns
• Apply proper mowing and maintenance techniques in line with turf management best practices
• Operate all equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications
• Flag equipment issues or turf concerns to the grounds supervisor promptly

What We Expect

• This role requires someone who is mechanically skilled, safety-conscious and committed to maintaining championship-quality playing conditions
• You’ll operate specialized golf course equipment with precision while ensuring machinery remains in excellent working condition

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or certification in machinery operation is considered an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience operating golf course machinery or similar heavy equipment
• Experience in luxury golf courses or high-end resort environments is highly preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate inspect and perform basic maintenance on various golf course equipment

Turf Knowledge

• Basic understanding of turf management practices and proper mowing techniques to support high-quality course maintenance

Safety

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace safety and follows equipment operating procedures at all times

What You’ll Get

• Salary: Earn between Rp23 000 000 and Rp40 000 000 per month depending on your qualifications and experience
• Yearly Bonus: Performance-based yearly bonus provided by the employer
