Job summary

Jobskey Search & Selection has been retained by a Saudi Exchange-listed real estate development and investment company in Riyadh to appoint a Corporate Governance and Investor Relations Senior Specialist, reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, Board and Governance.

The role will draft Saudi Exchange announcements and governance disclosures, coordinate filing within CMA deadlines, prepare board calendars and minutes, and act as a liaison for the major shareholder's office while

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate governance, board secretariat, or investor relations.
• Exposure to listed-company compliance within CMA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Saudi Corporate governance and CMA regulations preferred.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years in corporate governance, board secretariat, investor relations or listed-company compliance, including at least 2 years inside a Saudi Exchange-listed or CMA-regulated entity
• At least one full general assembly cycle and hands-on Saudi Exchange disclosure experience
• Working knowledge of the Companies Law and CMA Corporate Governance Regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting or Business; CME, GRC or governance certification an advantage
