Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory role in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and operating material handling equipment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Material Handlers and provide guidance and support as needed
• Plan and prioritize daily tasks for the material handling department
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for material ordering
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to production lines
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs
• Train new employees on material handling procedures
• Maintain records of materials received, shipped, and stored in the warehouse
• Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and productivity
• Enforce safety protocols within the material handling department
