Job summary

ASMO, a DHL‑Aramco joint venture, seeks an Inventory Supervisor for the SPARK site in Saudi Arabia to lead daily inventory activities, cycle counts, stock reconciliation and BY‑WMS data integrity, translating the site plan into action.

You will coordinate with inbound, outbound, quality and operations teams, manage discrepancies, drive safety and process improvements, and supervise inventory controllers and analysts to ensure accurate, timely inventory reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or related is advantageous but not mandatory.
Candidates without a degree may be considered with at least 10 years of relevant inventory, warehouse or logistics experience.
Experience leading frontline inventory or warehouse teams is preferred.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead all daily inventory activities, including cycle counts, recounts and stock reconciliation.
Ensure BY‑WMS data accuracy, perform variance analysis and manage inventory status.
Coordinate with inbound, outbound, quality and operations teams to resolve stock exceptions.
Escalate high‑value or aging inventory risks to the Operations Manager.
Coach inventory controllers and analysts on processes, reports and controls.
