ASMO is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to safely and accurately manage inventory at the SPARK site. The role oversees cycle counts, stock reconciliation, reporting, and implementation of process improvements.

Responsibilities include leading inventory teams, coordinating with operations, IT, and quality, and ensuring BY-WMS data integrity. Strong English communication and 7+ years of frontline leadership are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related discipline is advantageous.
• 10+ years of inventory, warehouse or logistics experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading frontline inventory teams is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Lead daily inventory activities including cycle counts, recounts and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy of stock data and compliance with BY-WMS and ERP records.
• Coordinate with inbound, outbound, quality and operations teams to resolve stock exceptions.
• Coach inventory staff on count discipline, scanner use, tracing and reconciliation.
• Prepare inventory reports, variance analyses and management updates.
