Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا in Jeddah seeks an experienced Internal Replenishment Team Leader to manage replenishment activities in the warehouse, ensuring stock moves from bulk storage to picking locations for continuous product availability.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with receiving, put-away, picking and dispatch teams to optimize workflow and maintain inventory accuracy. Strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience in replenishment, inventory, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.
• Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management.
