Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking an experienced Stock Control Supervisor in Jeddah to lead the warehouse stock control team and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will oversee cycle counts, audits, and discrepancies while coordinating with Receiving, Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of inventory/warehouse supervision experience, with strong knowledge of cycle counting and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse supervision.
• Experience supervising an inventory or warehouse team.
• Strong knowledge of cycle counting, stock audits, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
• Hands-on experience using WMS/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of FIFO, stock replenishment, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the stock control team and daily inventory activities.
• Conduct cycle counts, full inventory counts, audits, and stock reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor receiving, stocking, picking, transfers, adjustments, and distribution transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor stock levels and help prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Apply FIFO principles and monitor expiry dates, aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
• Ensure bins are correctly labeled and storage locations are logically organized.
• Improve storage layouts, stock flow, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, including stock accuracy, variances, and count completion.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required reports and documentation.
• Train, guide, and evaluate inventory control employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• Good understanding of warehouse operations, FIFO, stock replenishment, and inventory forecasting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and implement process improvements
• Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Relevant inventory, warehouse, or supply chain certifications are an advantage
