Job summary

Ananinja is seeking an experienced Internal Replenishment Team Leader to manage replenishment activities within the warehouse, ensuring smooth flow from bulk storage to picking locations and maintaining high product availability.

You will lead the replenishment team daily, monitor stock levels, coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking and dispatch, and drive reports and KPIs while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations within Retail or FMCG.
• Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.
• Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management.
