Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking an experienced Stock Control Supervisor in Jeddah to lead the inventory team and ensure accuracy across all stock movements. The role focuses on cycle counts, reconciliations, and implementing best practices in a fast-paced distribution center.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse supervision, hands-on WMS/ERP experience, and strong analytical and leadership skills. Saudi-based applicants preferred for onsite operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse supervision.
• Experience supervising inventory/warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of cycle counting, stock audits, reconciliation, and accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Understanding FIFO, stock replenishment, and forecasting.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement process improvements.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Excel proficiency; certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stock control team and daily inventory activities.
• Conduct cycle counts, full inventory counts, audits and reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor receiving, stocking, picking, transfers, adjustments, and distribution transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages/overstocking.
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Apply FIFO and monitor expiry dates, aging, slow-moving, obsolete stock.
• Ensure bins are labeled and storage locations organized.
• Improve storage layouts, stock flow and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and prepare reports.
• Support audits with required reports and documentation.
• Train and evaluate inventory control staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising stock control activities, leading cycle counts, and resolving stock discrepancies to support efficient distribution center operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the stock control team and daily inventory activities
• Conduct cycle counts, full inventory counts, audits, and stock reconciliations
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor receiving, stocking, picking, transfers, adjustments, and distribution transactions
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems
• Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams
• Monitor stock levels and help prevent shortages and overstocking
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices
• Apply FIFO principles and monitor expiry dates, aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock
• Ensure bins are correctly labeled and storage locations are logically organized

• Monitor inventory KPIs, including stock accuracy, variances, and count completion
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse supervision
• Previous experience supervising an inventory or warehouse team
• Strong knowledge of cycle counting, stock audits, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy
• Hands-on experience using WMS and/or ERP systems
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, FIFO, stock replenishment, and inventory forecasting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and implement process improvements
• Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Relevant inventory, warehouse, or supply chain certifications are an advantage
