A leading event ticketing platform in Saudi Arabia is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist. In this role, you will create and maintain clear communication between leadership and employees, leading internal initiatives and engagement campaigns. You should have 3-5 years of experience in similar fields, excellent writing skills in English (Arabic a plus), and proficiency in tools like Slack and Teams. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or HR Communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
• Experience using internal communication and survey tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate internal communications strategy aligning with company mission.
• Draft and distribute all internal messages including announcements and newsletters.
• Plan and execute engagement campaigns and internal events.
