Job summary

WEbook.com, a Saudi-based leader in event ticketing, seeks an Internal Communications Specialist to connect leadership with employees and foster a culture of transparency and belonging. This full-time, on-site role drives engagement campaigns, town halls, and clear messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or HR Communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus).
• Experience using internal communication and survey tools (e.g., Workplace, Slack, Teams, SurveyMonkey, Notion, etc.).
• Skilled in presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Canva.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• 1) Internal Communications Strategy: Coordinate and execute the internal communications strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, brand tone of voice, values, and HR objectives. Maintain a clear, unified voice for all internal messages, ensuring alignment with leadership tone and organizational culture.
• 2) Company-wide Communications: Draft, edit, and distribute internal messages including announcements, newsletters, leadership updates, and HR policies. Manage channels (intranet, email newsletters, Slack, Teams, internal screens, Workplace).
• 3) Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute engagement campaigns and activities; partner with HR to promote wellbeing, inclusion, and recognition.
• 4) Leadership Messaging: Support executives in preparing internal speeches, emails, and presentations for company-wide communication.
• 5) Events & Townhalls: Lead quarterly townhalls and All-Hands meetings; coordinate with IT/Facilities/Operations for flawless events.
• 6) Feedback & Improvement: Conduct pulse surveys and analyze results to refine communication tools and practices.
