Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Fit-Out Architect to lead fit-out and construction activities within the PM Division in Riyadh. You will plan schedules, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in finishing and interior fit-out, proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Project, and strong leadership and communication abilities, with fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction and fit-out projects.
• Experience in finishing and interior fit-out works.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fit-out and construction activities.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Monitor finishing works and ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Manage variations, claims, delays, and project risks.
• Conduct inspections, snagging, and project handover.
• Prepare progress and management reports.
• Lead project meetings and resolve site/technical issues.
