Qualifications

• Strong portfolio in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, Photoshop.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, space plans and material selections.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings.
• Prepare layouts, elevations, technical drawings and design presentations.
• Coordinate with the Design Manager, project team, suppliers, contractors and site personnel.
• Conduct site visits and support the project from concept through execution.

Citicore Interior Design is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, with excellent creative, technical, and visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and material selections.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings.
• Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, technical drawings, and design presentations.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with the Design Manager, project team, suppliers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Conduct site visits and support the project from concept development through execution.
• Ensure that the approved design intent, quality standards, and project requirements are maintained.
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer and/or 3D Visualizer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interior design.
• Excellent knowledge of 3D visualization, rendering, space planning, and technical detailing.

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and interior fit-out works.
