Job summary

Portal, a Riyadh-based developer, is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural design and produce photorealistic visualizations for boutique hospitality projects. You will drive concepts from sketches to client presentations and construction-ready details, shaping luxury spaces across Saudi Arabia.

Join a creative in-house design team in Riyadh, using your strong portfolio and proficiency with V-Ray, 3ds Max, and other rendering tools to deliver compelling visuals and compelling design

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level design education may be required; portfolio shows strong hospitality projects.
• Experience with boutique hospitality or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Proficiency with at least two rendering tools from the listed suite is expected.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional eye for design.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual and detailed design for boutique hotels, resorts, and luxury F&B spaces
• Produce high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and marketing visuals
