Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Interface Manager to coordinate all technical, construction and stakeholder interfaces across major infrastructure works in Saudi Arabia. You will lead interface planning, governance and risk management, and ensure timely resolution of clashes between bridge, roadway, utilities and traffic systems.

The role requires extensive experience in major infrastructure projects, with preference for Saudi/GCC exposure and professional engineering registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree in Project Management or Engineering Management preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all technical, construction, stakeholder, utility, and operational interfaces across bridge and road projects.
• Develop and implement interface management plans and governance frameworks.
• Identify, define, and manage project interfaces throughout the lifecycle.
• Review designs and coordinate multidisciplinary workshops to resolve clashes.
• Monitor interface risks, update registers, and escalate critical issues.
