Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking an Engineer - Risk Management to lead risk assessment, develop mitigation plans, and support infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in infrastructure/construction.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Experience in developing and implementing risk management plans and responses.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in risk software and tools (Excel, Risk Register, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and on schedule.
• Familiarity with ISO 31000 standards.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments for infrastructure projects and assess likelihood and impact.
• Develop and maintain a risk register and prioritize risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Create risk management plans with contingency strategies.
• Monitor project performance and identify emerging risks for mitigation.
• Collaborate with project teams to embed risk practices in planning and execution.
• Provide regular risk reviews and reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry risk management trends and methodologies.
• Deliver risk management training and guidance to project teams.
• Coordinate with QA to align risk management with quality standards.
