AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to develop, monitor, and control schedules for major roads, bridges, and transport projects within a PMC environment.

The role requires 15+ years of infrastructure planning experience, Primavera P6 proficiency, and PMI-SP/PSP/PMP/AACE certifications; responsibilities span baseline creation, progress reporting, risk analysis, and coordination with engineering, procurement, construction and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in PMC/engineering consultancy environment.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and schedule baseline management.
• Certifications such as PMI-SP, PSP, PMP, or AACE are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, variances, and critical path.
• Prepare baselines, WBS, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.
• Provide weekly/monthly progress reports and KPIs.
• Assess schedule risks and support mitigation planning.
