Job summary

A major defense contractor in Saudi Arabia is seeking technical support professionals to handle hardware and software issues while ensuring network connectivity. The role requires expertise in operating systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Candidates will provide support for audio-visual technology and assist with network configurations. Recruitment Specification

• Proficiency in Apple's operating systems, Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft Office software such as Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Operational knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization.
• Operational knowledge of network and routing protocols.

Job Accountabilities

• Provides first level of technical support to resolve hardware, connectivity problems, user access, installation configuration, upgrades to desktop hardware and peripherals, and component configuration.
• Installs, configures, and maintains multi-user software to be accessed from file servers.
• Provides audio-visual technology setup for college events.
• Assists with network support issues such as account creation, installation and maintenance of network printers, low level maintenance, management of disk space, etc.
• Collaborates with staff to ensure security, connectivity, and compatibility between systems.
