Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Sales Manager - Electrical Induction Motors in Saudi Arabia/UAE to drive sales, manage key accounts, and expand distributor networks across oil & gas, power, water, mining, and manufacturing sectors. Arabic language is required and travel is expected regionally.

You will coordinate with engineering and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions, develop proposals, and monitor market trends to adjust strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in industrial electrical equipment, with at least 2 years in motors, drives, or rotating machines.
• Proven network with EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial end-users.
• Arabic speaking is a MUST. Travel extensively (domestic and regional).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in industries such as oil & gas, power, water, mining, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
• Expand market penetration through distributor networks, EPCs, OEMs, and end-users.
• Manage and grow strategic key accounts by providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
