• Establish work measurement, productivity standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Optimize capacity, manpower, workflow, layouts and resource utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks, process losses, idle time, and productivity gaps.
• Develop KPI dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with Production, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, HR and Maintenance.
• Develop and lead the Industrial Engineering team.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant industrial engineering / manufacturing experience.
• Strong experience in PEB, Structural Steel, Steel Fabrication, or project-based manufacturing.
• Proven managerial and team leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, productivity, and operational excellence capabilities.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
