Job summary

ESOL Global is seeking an experienced Data Validation & Reconciliation System Engineer in Saudi Arabia. You will lead end-to-end engineering implementations, integrate real-time telemetry, and ensure safety and cybersecurity across complex oil & gas and manufacturing facilities.

Ideal candidates have 6–10+ years of industrial automation experience, strong IT/OT integration skills, and a track record of delivering measurable operational improvements. Onsite role with permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 6 to 10+ years in industrial automation, MES, or oil & gas IT/OT.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering implementation and system integration workflows.
• Configure and maintain industrial software platforms and data pipelines.
• Lead technical workshops, define requirements, and manage vendor integrations.
• Ensure safety, cybersecurity, and governance adherence across projects.
• Coordinate with plant operators, automation vendors, and IT/OT teams.
