InstaCreative India is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Indian restaurant in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, ensure service excellence, and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, quality control, customer issue resolution, sales growth strategies, and cost management in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential. English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling staff, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and policy adherence.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
